How long do the strawberries last for?
Devvi's Berries' chocolate covered strawberries can last for up to 3 days with proper storage.
How should the strawberries be stored?
Devvi's Berries' chocolate covered strawberries should be stored in a cool space such as a refrigerator until ready to eat or display. Do not store in the freezer!
What type of chocolate do you use?
We use milk, chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and chocolate candy.
My strawberries are leaking, what does this mean?
If your strawberries are leaking, don't worry! This is a sign of how fresh your strawberries are. Strawberries are made up of 70% water and being in contact with a sugar substance as chocolate will promote the juice to produce. The leaking will not take away from the delicious taste of your chocolate covered strawberries!
How are the strawberries designed?
All of the chocolate covered strawberries at Devvi's Berries are hand designed/painted with all edible/non-toxic products. Each design is custom made, creating an exclusive design for every order. This may subject duplicate designs to not be uniformly replicated.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept Debit/Credit card and Paypal payments only at this time.
How do I place my order? How much time is required for placing an order?
You can place your order by filling out the contact form in the "Contact" tab or by directly emailing devviberries@gmail.com. Social media orders are not accepted. Most orders require 48 hours notice. Special orders such as strawberry towers, walls, shoes or strawberry letter boxes require minimum 1 week. All orders require a 50% DEPOSIT to lock in your requested date for your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to order date.
Are shipping options available?
Unfortunately, we do not ship....YET! Shipping options are coming soon.
What are the options of receiving my order?
Pick-up and Delivery options are available. There is a delivery fee based on mileage. Delivery is only available within the NYC area.
If I would like to cancel my order, how soon should it be notified?
If you have placed an order that you no longer need and would like to cancel, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the date of your order. Any orders canceled less than 24 hours or same day will forfeit your deposit.
My order was received but has melted or ruined. Am I able to request a refund?
Devvi's Berries is not responsible for damages or mishaps to products after pick-up or delivery. No refunds or remakes will be offered.
What is your response time for inquiries?
Please allow at least 24 hours response time for all inquiries. Business hours are Monday- Saturday from 8:30am-7pm.
